What’s the difference between Ceramic Coating and Graphene Coating?
Graphene Coatings are like Ceramic Coatings however Graphene Coatings contain one layer carbon atoms and is the strongest material that exists on the earth. However, its usage in automobile industry and in general is still being explored and researched.
It is also quite hard to apply in comparison to Ceramic Coatings as its tight, thick, gel-like substance makes for a serious task to get perfect on the paint. Coating products also emit certain vapours which aren’t necessarily fine to breathe in, however Graphene is not good for humans to inhale, so we are careful as we occasionally perform these installs.
For Ceramic Coatings, these are liquid protection agents as well, however, don’t quite have the rock-hard benefit once finished like Graphene Coatings do. They are made of a silicon dioxide (SiO2) compound and provides significantly better protection than traditional waxes and sealants. It does this through nanotechnology that allows the product to bond to your paint, wheels, glass, and trim at a molecular level. This fills in microscopic pits and grooves in your paint leaving a hydrophobic surface that is so smooth that it feels “slick” to the touch.
It helps keep your car much cleaner for longer and takes very little effort to wash when it is needed, so it can save you a lot of time. It also helps enhance the overall shine of the car, keeping that new car feeling lasting much longer, which nobody seems to have a problem with! We also can supply Graphene Coating installs here.
