My new Prado had several paint defects and scratches that needed to be addressed under warranty, and Andrew went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. He provided detailed evidence, communicated clearly and helped me get the maximum possible contribution from Toyota toward the rectification work. The paint correction was exceptional, and the car came back looking better than new. Car Ceramic Protection also completed the ceramic coating, interior protection and window tint, and the quality of every part of the job was first-class. The finish is incredible, and their attention to detail is obvious. Andrew was honest, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It is rare to find someone who genuinely cares this much about both the customer and the final result.
